Some thoughts about TOEFL iBT situation Fri Jun 06, 2008 14:59 pm  Some thoughts about TOEFL iBT situation

Hi Guys!!!!
I got the scores from my second attempt to pass toefl ibt, I was taking the test on May 16th
And oh.......
Again speaking is 23...... I needed 26, for my FPGEE.
I just don't have any nerves to deal with this organization. At the test center we had to wait in a line about 1,5 hour because the system was down.....
And now , when I'm trying to register for the third time the online registration shows some kind of encryption error etc.I tried to call ETS and the lady said our system is down, we are sorry. As of my understanding , their system can be down 24/7, but when they score foreign graduates the system is never down, and they are being strict as never.
I'm just tired!!!
But anyway, I'm going to take the test 3 rd, and hopefully the last time!!!!!!!!!!!!
