How are you feeling now? OK, but if the verb 'feel' is used to indicate one's opinion or belief, for example, it generally would not be used in the continuous form.

Do you still hungry? No-- But this would be OK: Do you still feel hungry?
or
Are you still hungry? OK
or
Are you still feeling hungry? OK
