I have some problems in distinguish "may" and "would"
Help me to distinguish them through choosing the best answer for this sentence , please !

i also think so . But some of other friends don't think as us . They think it's D . would be

The "see" is future, but the "may be" is a modal deduction based on the present situation and on the past. Same with "He will have arrived by now. Let's call him."
