i i learn english with many ways and i realize that i am lack of vocabulary.everyday,i try to read newspapers to gain some new vocabulary but tomorrow when i read some books and i recognize some words that i see yesterday but i can't remember their meaning.Can you give me some methods that i can learn vocabulary.

I'm Thu.I come from Vietnam.At the moment, I'm studying at National Economic University which is in Hanoi capital.
Have u ever been to Hanoi.It has many beautiful views,for example : Guom lake ,West Lake , Motcot pagoda.... If u were in Hanoi now, I would take u to go these places.
Now,I'm a student... I'm going to graduate this university and go to foreign country to study Master.to do that, I must be to learn English very well.But at the moment, my English's not very good!
So,I want to practice and improve it!
i don't know how to learn English.Could u give me some advices!

My name is Shohei, and I'm from Nagasaki, Japan.

You from Portland, right??? Actually, I've been there for about 7 months last year. I love Portland!! It's such a wonderful city, is it!! I had so much fun with my host family and friends there.
Now I'm here in Japan, so I can't see them unless I go visit there Portland. I really miss them!!! I just keep in touch with them by email.

However, I'm trying to go to college in the US now, so it wouldn't be long before seeing them again!!!
I'm really looking forward to it, and I really feel lucky to know of you through this forum.

Hi Torsten,

Well, the final result of my test number six was pretty well,I answered to all of them correctly.While right now,talking about lesson number seven,I managed to have only eight correct answers.
It seems that I have problem to understand the article "the".I made mistakes in question # 3, instead: "in nature", I choosed : "in the nature" and question # 7;instead of "The Romans" I decided to say just "Romans". :-)
