"By the year 2003 it is estimated that non-English speakers on the Net will grow to 415 million, while native English speakers will number 225 million."

That was written in 2000. Does anyone know the current figures for non-English speakers to native English speakers on the Net?

By now there are probably more Chinese Internet users than they are Americans who use the Internet. However, the important question is who produces, organizes and structures most of the information available online?

Indeed. Any ideas about the balance of non-English speakers to native English speakers on the Net?
