Can someone please tell me which of the following sentence is correct?

1) Reading books makes you wiser day by day.
2) Reading books makes you wiser everyday.

Are there any better alternatives?

1) Reading books makes you wiser day by day. (Step-by-step you become wiser.)
2) Reading books makes you wiser everyday. (Ambiguous. Could mean you stay at the same level of wisdom each day.)

Hi daemon

Just a little note that 'everyday' and 'every day' are different.

(I guess you just forgot the space.)

Apart from that, what's your note on the thread question?

Do you think the thread poster will be?

Trying again:

So every time that a poster who isn't the thread starter asks for your opinion on the thread question, that person has morphed, right? Must be lots of morphers on this forum.

Interesting. So what's the meaning behind this statement and the following question?
