Which one is easier IELTS or TOEFL®?

Hello friends .
I need to take english proficiency test and it can be any ,so i decided to take IELTS or TOEFL.
But i am now confused which one will be easier to score.
I need to score good.
I either need 7 in IELTS or 100/120 in TOEFL ibt.
which one will be easier to score , please tell me friends. Please.
I am an average english speaking guy.
Can you please help me clear my confusion, friends please help me.

my dear friend ,i guess,you'll be just fine which ever test you do,the toefl is best if you re more media guy,you know movies songs and stuff,if you are that tye of person who can listen and understand quickly ,id recomend the toefl,if you are more to formal language,wher every thing has to be exact,then IELTS is more likely will be better for you.tip here is my Email "theaceitsme@yahoo.com",i can provide you with some stuff that can be of great help for you.
