You say "at home" and it is correct.
But when you say at my momīs home, is it correct? Or in the case of at my momīs.
The point is, can you use other prepositions in these cases or others related to home?

.
Your point does not seem to match your example.

You can say:

I am at home.
I am at my mom's home.
I am at my mom's.
I'm going to my mom's (home).
I'm going home.
I'm going to my home.
