• Provide analytical support on Business Unit Reviews to (Senior Management, reporting to the Country Manager, American Express India) for preparation of timely MIS and presentations.

• Doing in-depth analysis to enhance American Express product value proposition. Involves:
o Collecting data and other inputs from internal MIS systems
o Processing/Analyzing data and preparing recommendations
o Support marketing teams for launch of different marketing campaigns

• Provide analytical support to Product, Sales, Marketing & Operations (Retention & Cross-sell teams) on diverse initiatives:
o Preparing annual forecasts for business metrics i.e. Cards in force, Billed Business, Customer spends, transactions etc.
o Supporting sales team on new card members acquisition & tracking key metrics (product-wise, channel-wise, region-wise)
o Preparing customer level analysis to understand customer behavior.
o Circulate daily MIS for tracking customer spends/billings trends and comparing planned vs. actual figures.
o Publish periodic analyses of acquisition efficiency to enhance approval rates, reduce cost of acquisition, reduce attrition, and facilitate channel and product profitability

• Preparing monthly Dashboards to Regional team for Billings, Attrition, and CIF
