"I think it lacks context for an opinion to be given".
do you thing this sentence is good and natural English, please? or should I preferably say "I think it lacks context for me to give an opinion"?

I think that the context doesn't/cannot afford an opinion.

Hi everybody. My name is Iván González C. I'm retired I'm 65 years old and and I hope in spite of my age to improve my English level. I live with my wife in Medellín, Colombia. Medellín is a valley among high hills. it's known by the celebration of the parade of the flowers, the festivity begins on August 7th.

I'm pretty new here myself, but one thing I can tell you is that it's a good idea to start a new thread in a forum to start with a new idea.

I've made a few edits to your paragraph. I wish you luck in your goal, although your English is perfectly understandable right now.
