Hi,

Which should I use to say that the time is really noon but the clock says it's 12:05?

The clock is five minutes fast=>I think this is OK.
The clock is five minutes faster=>I think clock doesn't run like a person.
The clock is five minutes early=>I'm clueless.
The clock is five minutes earlier=>I think this sounds weird.

Is there any other way to say it? Or do above sentences have other meanings?

The opposite is "it's five minutes slow."

You could also say,

"The clock is 5 minutes faster than my watch."
"The clock is running slow."
