he said he knew her for a long time

he said he had known her for a long time

he said he has known her for a long time

are these sentences right, please? how would a native say?

Eh, what's that? What did he just say?
He just said [that] he's known her for a long time.

What did he say to you about her?
He said [that] he'd known her for a long time.
