Advice on TOEFL® IBT ... Kaplan 2009 edition.

DEAR ALL,

I am new to this site, joined today.

I have my TOEFL IBT EXAM in a month's time.
I BOUGHT TOEFL IBT .. KAPLAN with 2CD's 2009 EDITION.

Do you all think, that this book and the cd's will be helpful for my preparation.
I dont think i need coaching,becasue i have been studying from grade 4 in dbai, in a British Curriculam school. Did if the coaching is helpful would do it.

One more thing, as i was reading the Kaplan book, int he reading section the NOT/EXCEPT questions section is quite tricky. So do you all something like this would come or how.

I do not have a Kaplan book. But I have a Longman, Barron and Official guide of ETS book. Also did spend a little time on them. I found out it is very helpful on reading and listening section. But in Writing and Speaking, a coach (at the beginning) may be helpful in saving your time wondering if you are answering it in a right way. There are quite a lot of Writing and Speaking questions in Longman book but the instruction on how to answer some integrated test there is a little bit different comparing with it is in ETS book. Just some recommendation if you want to choose some other books
