omit - forget or delete? Wed Jul 02, 2008 2:19 am  omit - forget or delete?

Hello all,

What's the meaning of 'omit' in the following sentence?

Sally omits all the wrongs committed by the employees.

There's no context of this sentence. Does it mean 'forget'? Or.. 'delete'? Or... something else? What do you think?

Thank you in advance,
sweetpumpkin

.
Without context, I would say 'fails to mention'.
