"My only fear is you not to go or take too long to go".

"My only fear is you not going or taking too long to go".

"I just fear you not to go or take too long to go".

Please, is any of these sentences correct?

The only one that's correct is this one: "My only fear is you not going or taking too long to go."

The rest are not understandable.
