Which one is correct, please:

If I said bla-bla-bla, would you think I am crazy?

If I say bla-bla-bla, would you think I am crazy?

Thanks.

Technically, neither one of them is correct. They have the wrong sequence of tenses.

The first one should be, "If I said bla bla bla, would you think I was crazy?"

The second one should be, If I say bla-bla-bla, will you think I am crazy?

Thank you, Jamie

...and for long I have been thinking of asking this question on the forum.

Please give us some examples where present indefinite+ would can be used.

Quote:
If I say + would you

Thanks again,

Tom

Hi

I just read this sentence by MM in one of the threads, and it reminded me of what I had asked Jamie sometime before. I assume he missed my post.

Quote:
She would have a good time if she comes to the party.

I want to know when and where we can use (present simple + would)

Thanks in advance

Tom

Could some one help me to find out if the following sentence is correct?

Some of the birds used to find in abundance on the lake a decade ago are now rare.

Can anyone rewrite the following in a better manner?

Development of infrastructures like road, telecommunication and urbanisation has begun in Tibet in last few decades, which in turn brought number of non-Tibetans in Tibet whose lifestyles are different from that of Tibetans. Number of new crops and vegetables are introduced to feed these new comers.
