I've also tried to find an English course for you in Chişinău and it seems that this pretty difficult. The question is if you really need a conventional English course. You can learn English online -- have you ever considered this?

I have heard of them, a colleague of mine used to take classes with them. He said they are pretty good, I am thinking to take some classes with them as well. But also there is Studium, and Quo Vadis, they offer Language courses, I do not know how good they are, but u could try and find out :), let me know .....
