Expressions "by my self" and "on my own".

Could anyone tell me the difference between the usages of Expressions "by my self" and "on my own"?

Me too. So let me try the 2 ways:

I did my homework by my self. / I did my homework on my own.

Are both sentences right?

"myself" is one word.

They CAN mean exactly the same thing, but "by myself" can also mean without other people present. You can do your homework on your own (without assistance from any other person) but be surrounded by people.

I did it by myself - I did it without aid. I am by myself - I have no one around me.

I did it on my own - I did it without aid. I am on my own - No one exists to help me.
