I have one quary. Can anyone explain it. when i use Do & when used "Am/Is/Are" in a interogative sentence?

For present tense sentences, use 'do/does' with every verb except 'be' (and sometimes 'have').

Do you eat sushi?
Do you think I'm good-looking?
Does she smoke?

Is he hungry?
Are you a dancer?

Do you have a cigarette?
Have you a cigarette?
