What is the past tense of SORE

Is it "my body is so sored from sports last week"?

can anyone recommend me a site with all the past tenses and participles?

Hi ched133

In that sort of context, the word 'sore' is normally only used as an adjective, so you would have to change the verb 'be' to the past tense:

- "My body was so sore from sports last week"

The verb 'to sore' has only an extremely limited and specialized meaning (which the Compact Oxford Dictionary doesn't even bother to mention):
"To mutilate the legs or feet of (a horse) in order to induce a particular gait in the animal."
