is this sentence good and common English, please?
the context is someone asking the owner information about a furnished apartment for rent.

I would simply ask which appliances. If you say what kind, you may get information the brand name, when all you want to know is "refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups, but you must supply your own washer/dryer."
