Should it be reworded as: I know that "he's" means "he is". But what does Manager's mean?

If so, it could mean: 1. in Manager's possession; 2. Manager is...

Oh yes, you're probably right, Haihao.

He's = he is

but

Manager's = possessive form (not Manager is, probably-- but we'll need the original sentence to check, newbie)
