In correct PC (BS)-speak, I think s/he'd have to be a "trans-racial, trans-gender EEO suffragist"

In plainspeak, probably a "Wigger Drag Queen", aka 'confused nutbag' ?

Depending upon the extent of trans-genderization, 'Wigga shemale' or 'Whigga Tranny'.

However, I may have over-thought this, at this point...:?
