Be going to have to Thu Mar 17, 2005 22:18 pm  Be going to have to

I don't understand the grammar structure in this sentence. Please help me!

"I am going to have to get on down to some hard work if I want to achieve my aims."

When is it possible to use "be going to have to ..." and what does it mean?

Thanks!!!
