I think you are looking for short cuts that don't exist.

Learn English by:
1) Trying to learn the basic grammar and vocabulary
2) Reading everything you can in English
3) Talking to native English speakers as often as you have the opportunity
4) Asking specific questions you have in forums like this one.

What is the Exact book for learning English.

please could u tell me, what are the topics in grammar?, I know something about grammar, but oftenly i confused in grammar.

This forum is abundant with good material to get you started. For starters I would suggest you visit this page:

On the left of the page there's a list of articles about most important aspects of the language. All you have to do is click any of them that you find interesting and read :)

1.The rules in grammar.

2. At which places propositions we use. & is there any rules for prepositions?

3. What are phrasal verbs & Idioms & clauses.?

4. I need some stories books for improving vocabulary (like daily life usage vocabulary).
