I'd be interested in knowing what the official position of english-test.net is when it comes to permitting posts of the type above.
My personal opinion is that the post above is clearly some sort of spam, and should simply be deleted. The linked site appears to be primarily on a fishing expedition for e-mail addresses. The poster appears to be asking people to send him/her an illegal copy of copyrighted material.
Whatever the case may be, the whole thing looks fishy.
