I am Jakia from Bangladesh. I want to have my Masters Programme from IHE, Netherlands. I got an admission. As I am not financially sound I need to apply for a NFP schollarship. Thats why I want to appear the IELTS. I am in practice mode. Could you please guide me cutting a sound score. I want to get at least 7. Is it possible for me?

Of course it is possible, Jakia-- if you study hard and persevere. But it seems that you must get much better very quickly. Your best bet is to take as many IELTS practice exams as you can.

You can enhance your English skills in this site. Just find time to move around and you will find enough references that can help you a lot.
I bought few of their references and they are very useful.
