Can't really focus. I do the math easily but verbal parts I can't stay focused...

Hey does anyone have a problem focusing. I do the math easily but verbal parts I can't stay focused for more than an hour...

What do u think I shuold do? Here are my options...

1) Take adderall http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adderall

2) Get focus prep www.focusprep.com

3) Redbull / caffeine

Please help...

Hmm... Well, maybe you should pratice reading something you like read. Just for fun. Maybe you are into science? Read magazines like American Scientists. If you are into sports, read Sports Illustrated. If you read something you are interested, you wouldn't wonder off as much. You can start with that...

If you can't even focus with something you might find interesting, well then maybe hypnosis? I believe it can take away test anxiety, but it doesn't work with everybody. Take a deep breath, and good luck!
