I need your help. I am Fariz from Indonesia. I can’t speak and write English well

Let me introduce my self.
I am Fariz from Indonesia. I can’t speak and write English well. But in this forum I am trying my best to speak English. I’ve never spoken English before, so I get nervous whenever I speak English. I had been learning English since Junior until University. Since I worked in this company I’ve never used English, until my company provided English course freely for Employees. And I have been taking that course for more than 2 years.

Our teacher is from Singapore, but she has been staying in Indonesia for almost 15 years. We learn twice a week. The teacher said that if we had finished this course, we would have taken TOEIC test.

I am still not confident when someone talks to me in English. I understand that, but I don’t know how to answer it. It’s very hard to say.

A few month ago, I tried to look for a free English in internet, and I found this site. But I still don’t know how to use it, How to be a member of this forum, Even I don’t know how to ask whenever I need the help.

I hope, I will fluent both speaking and writing English.
