What's the difference between TOEFL® and IEFL

i have known TOEFL and IEFL and just knew that TOEFL is in USA and IEFL is in England, but i still have no idea about it, can somebody explain to me?

That's the first time I have heard of IEFL in England. IELTS most probably.:)
