how can i be able to speak better in english

Repetition equals retention. If you can immerse yourself with a local and hear the language over and over in real conversations, you will pick up the language a lot faster. I knew a girl from Japan with the thickest of accents and she lived in America of and on. A year or two later I say her and she sounded A LOT better.
