Can I gain scholarship with high scoore GRE® subject test

Hi
I am Ersin I am a civil engineer I graduated from ITU that is best univesrity in turkey

I have had one wish from my child I want to be scientist in pyhisic area

if I take high rise scoore in GRE subject test, in pyhisic, Can I gain the scholarship(that contains my accomodation, education fee of university, and other things about to live another country along my education time) in USA or Canada or Europe to study master in pyhisic area

I am sure for my talent about this and I am sure that I can take a good scoore GRE; but I can`t find certain information about this issue

can you inform me is there anybody who knows information abour this issue
