No. An is used before a vowel SOUND and this is not the case here even though the first letter is a vowel. For example: AN interesting book but A unique book.

thats rigth according to the usages of a/an before the wovel we should use an;but this is about how you pronounce the firs lettr of the word come before ARTİCLE....
