English Language Certificates Sat Sep 27, 2003 21:56 pm  English Language Certificates

Dear Openmind,

There are a number of English language certificates you can be awarded when you take the appropriate examination. For example, you can take a Cambridge English exam - there are General English certificates as well as business English ones. Another option is EFBLCCI - English for Business by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of course there is TOEFL and TOEIC issued and administered by ETS.
You see, there is quite a wide range of exams and I'd need to know about your particular sitution to tell you which would fit best...

Hi welcome to the forum Openmind. Very Happy
In terms of English exams, as english-test.net suggested, a number of papers are available out there. But the question is what you are aiming for, an exam certificate that can be easily awarded? Or an exam recognition widely known to the world? It also depends on what level you on at the moment. Cool Please do feel free to post more questions here.

Andreana, the most widely used test of professional English is the TOEIC test. For more information click here http://www.englisch-test.de/?sprache=en
