I will be joining in the Quiz competetion tomorrow. - Is this a correct sentence.
Usage of ---- will be + joing---correct?

yes that it the correct usage
but there are a couple of other "mistakes"

it is spelt competition
and secondly...I wouldn't use the word "competition" at all.
although techinically not wrong, a Quiz is already a competition of sorts so basically you are saying the same the thing twice and most English people would just say "I will be joining in the Quiz tomorrow".

"participating" might be an alternative to "joining"
