Hi Ralf, Here are some of my practies... I surf the internet everyday. I check my email everytime I use the internet. I live in Laukkai which is a China and Myanmar border area. As u know, I am working in NGO and meet with my clients (Drug users) everyday. Please correct me if I made a mistake! Regards, Tarkaw
