a way around jetlag? what does that mean?

Look at the following sentence: What does it mean?
I don’t think there is a way around jetlag.

Does it mean 'I think jetlag is unavoidable'? 'There is no way you can avoid jeglag.' Does it what the speaker intend? I don't know. Please answer me in an easy way!

Jetlag is when you experience strange sleeping patterns after traveling from one country to another with fast transportation (normally planes).

if you like in Japan and fly to UK and it is 1pm, you will be really tired because your body is still used to the Japan time and so you will think it is 9pm or so and you will want to go to bed.

"i don't think there is a way around jetlag" means that the speaker does not like this feeling of being tired when visiting another country so wants to find ways to make sure it doesn't happen (pills, sleeping on the plane etc)
however the speaker has realized that yes, it is "unavoidable" and that no matter what you do you will always be jetlaged.
