Are the following sentences correct ?

1. Mr. Smith knows many things about Tingatinga.
2. Mr. Smith knows a lot about Tingatinga.
3. Mr Smith knows a lot of things about Tingatinga.

All 3 sentences are correct as written.

Is Tingatinga referring to the artist or the style? Either way, your sentences are still correct.

I confess I had to google Tingatinga. You learn something new everyday!
