Contain: The CD contains all the lessons.
The glass contains milk in it.

Hi TMH

Have a look at these definitions and the accompanying example sentences:

- involve
- consist of
- consist in
- contain

After you've done that, I would suggest you try writing a few sentences of your own, and then post them here for comment.
