Why don't we improve our TOEFL® writing skills by our helpful interaction?

Dear members,
I found it difficult in the "TOEFL essay writing forum" to interact with other people, whether English learners, teachers, or native speakers. If you look generally at the whole forum, you will find that almost every member in this forum is talking to himself and no replies are posted to them at all. I can't understand why? Most of the English learners need to improve their writing skills for many reasons and also need their essays to be checked. Why don't we help each other in such an interesting skill? :)
