Sometimes, you live day by day,as usual and and we forget important details.. like say I love you...or give a hug.... or say please forgive me....I made a mistake....or Whenever you need my help I will be there for you.....How can we test ourselves in order to know if we are doing well our work as friends or as a daughter, son, or as a couple......I would like to read your personal experiences....the ones that shows how you care about the most important... your family....Cris.

My mother told me, my father always kisses her goodnight even when he was VERY angry with her. With us kids, he likes to touch our head after coming home from work. (Oh, I miss home.)

I think touching your loved ones is very important.

Unfortunately, it depends on the culture. Coming from a very touchy-feely family and subculture, I live with an ongoing contact-deprivation syndrome in Japan.
