Hi Tauhid,

I would suggest: As she is experienced, she is used to dealing with problems in her job

As she has only recently started her job, she is just getting used to dealing with problems.

Although she has worked in her job for two years, she just can't get used to dealing with problems and is looking for a new job.

By the way I recommend that you write 'you' and not 'u'

Alan
