What do you need them for, specifically? Do you know how to spell "hello"? Do you know the word "please"?

A friend of mine regestered in master degree exam about "Applied linguistics and TEFL", well she asked me to helpe her but infortently I do not know any thing about "TEFL" Embarassed So can any bady help me please?
