I am very glad that the new spam button works. But I have a question on policy: is this user to be deleted as a spammer? He or she has commented a few times on how good this forum is, always in the same words and without any relevance to the thread's topic, but never with any link or mention of products or websites.

Yes, he is a spammer albeit a very sophisticated one. Here is his email address: webmaster@seosearchengineoptimizationservices.net

Here is more on him: http://www.google.com/search?q=webmaster%40seosearchengineoptimizationservices.net&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B2GGFB_enDE220

http://www.stopforumspam.com/ipcheck/75.127.95.152

Looks like he is using a script to spam forums.

So, please remove him along with his posts.
Many thanks,
Torsten

Ilovepsycho is a spammer, but he has no 'Spam' button, just 'List', which it seems I can do nothing with.

Something very strange has happened.

There was this user - I think his/her nickname was Vil. Today, when I was checking the thread titled "Barbeque is meat that baked with woods" for new messages, I found that his replies were gone. Out of curiosity, I browsed some other threads, in which I knew or thought he had posted, and found no trace of him. I cannot even find his/her own thread titled, I believe, "Interpretation of few expressions", in which I replied to his/her question. It's hard to imagine that he/she was a spammer. Is that a technical error?

Hello Topaze,
You are correct, the user Vil has been deleted by accident.
I'll try to restore his data.

Many thanks,
Slava

Hello Slava, I followed the steps you gave and I'm able to see the Spam button now. For example;

Many thanks

By the way, this Pimsleur vs. Rosetta discussion does look non-spam to me.

your are right Cerberrus, I mentioned that link simply to tell Slava that I'm able to see the spam button now since I had some problems with my browser activating it.

Thanks for pointing.
