Sorry! I forgot to change the letter type. #3 (permalink) Thu Aug 07, 2008 10:41 am   Sorry! I forgot to change the letter type.

What I have done are phrases after the numbers.
For example: (1) Can I help you?
Thank you for reminding me!

Dear Torsten, #5 (permalink) Thu Aug 07, 2008 11:20 am   Dear Torsten,

Thank you for helping me. What's about number 5, 7, 8 and 9? Number 3, you have to fill in a phrase after "would you" and number 2, you have to fill in after "how long do". So I think it shoundn't be " how long would you like to stay?" and " what kind of room would you like?" as you have helpe me. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Here is a suggestion for number 5: "What do you charge?", number 7 and 8 are OK and number 9 should read "Many thanks", "Thanks a lot", Thank you", "Thank you very much" etc.
