Ohh this is most of the painful side in my body. I don't know still my English level, there only thing I know for sure, that is my English skill is improving. I haven't gone to any English class yet, I just bought a book and started to practicing at home. I'm trying to exercise myself every single day, by speaking, listening, writing and reading. Actually I'm also visiting every day English forums, and participating with conversations. I'm reading threads as much as my brain able to takes it. And it does help me to improve my skill. At which level I'm, I going to find out in 31 October.

Dear Mr Torsten,

Thank you very much for your question, How did we find that We were at Advanced Level of English?.It's really good question, ofcourse we found that we should be at pre-intermediate level of English or lower, but I used to do the test at ACE (Australian English Centre) and the result showed that I was at Advanced Level. If you want to know exactely about us, Please provide us some test question with that level.

Hi Torsten,

If anybody can write common English without spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes at the same time he/she can communicate verbally in English, then he/she may fall in advanced level. I am not in the advanced category. Many times I commit spelling as well as grammatical mistakes in my English.

Thank you
Devan

Hi Mr. Torsten! It's too late. I'm jast came back from my English Lessons. When I switched on my PC, I thought only execute your task, and when I saw the question about English level, I've desided to write my opinion.
The person who send you email about difficulty of materials doesn't know English as well as he want. That's why sometimes you receive this letters. But I think this people should find extra information indepemdently in other places and eat theirs own simple pie without blaming!
Have I put some mistakes in this messsage?

Hello Devan,

Your English certainly is advanced. As for your spelling mistakes, have you ever tried using a spell checker? I always use one especially when I write messages here on the forum.

Thanks,
Torsten

Hi Vlad,

Thanks a lot for sharing your opinion on this question. When I open your message in my web browser I can see that you made 4 typos. You could easily correct them with exactly 4 clicks which would take you about 30 seconds. All you need do is start using Firefox and install the 'spell checker add-on'.

Let me know what you think.
Regards,
Torsten

Hello Torsten !
I have studied english for 3 years and stoped it about 5 years ago. Since then I have had no contact with the language and now that I'm at home due to a car accident, I found the site on the internet and I'm feeling very enthusiastic with the idea of learn english again.
I really don't know my english leve today, but in fact I think it's probably "beginner" whereas I can't speak anyway, and my reading and listening is very very poor.
I'm sure that through the lessons, especially the audio recordings and some grammar books that I use, i will be able to improve my english every day.
Best Regards !
