| I cannot describe my level, but it might be medium, low or so-so.But sir,if you have noticed,I usually start with capital letter and end with full stop plus I use the pronoun 'I' with capital letter as usual. |

Dear teachers! I am receiving lessons for beginners, but I would like to receive them at levels upper intermediate or advanced. I really do not need to learn personal pronouns and other simple things. Can you help me? |

Hi Halyna,
Looking at your progress report page it is difficult to judge your level of English since you have completed only two tests so far. You'd need to complete more tests before I can say anything about your level of English. Also, you have not recorded any voice messages yet so I have no idea as to how good your spoken English might be.
Many thanks, Torsten

Hi Wutyi,
Thank you very much for your question which I'll pass on to my native speaker friends since I'm not 100% what a 'rubber-stamp Senate' is.

Hi Wutyi,
Thanks for your question. Your question about a "rubber stamp senate" - It basically means that when one side of the senate proposes a bill, the "other side" - or other political party - bounces it back to the first side for further review. They "rubber stamp" it.
I hope that helps.

Hallo every one(Nola and Regine)
I read both of your articals. It was very intersting. I am suchita and i am from India. In India we speak Hindi.I don`t know anything about India .In India the second language is english, but in offices we everybody converciat only in english. It is complsary to know english.Tte problum is same with me,More or less i can write, read but i can not speak, because i am hazitant and not comfertable. The main reason of this is everybody in my family and frinds speak very fluent english and i am the person who can`t.
