I can't distinguish "agree to" and "agree with". Please help me !!

Hi,

'Agree to' suggests that you accept a plan or a proposition as in: We agreed to the offer made for our house or We agreed to accept the offer. 'Agree with' is have the same opinion as in: I agree with you that you should accept the offer.
