TOEFL® essays: Some people prefer to eat at food stands or restaurants

hi gays next week I have ibt exam and I need al least 80. So I need someone comment on my an essays and evauation. however If someone could tell me some tips to improve my writing I will be apprecaite.

Some people prefer to eat at food stands or restaurants. Other people prefer to prepare and eat food at home. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

Most people like to eat in homes. Some of the people prefer to eat out homes or in restaurants. for me I prefer to eat in my home and I like to prepare my food for many reason such as cleaning, save a money and healthy. Even though some days I eat stand food out my home when I need that.

First of all, when the person cook his food and prepare it. The person will care for what he does.In constract, when the person eats in the restruant he does not know any thing about cleanning the food. For Instance, once a day I went with my friend and ate in the resturent after theat he got pain in his stomach.

Secondly, comparing between cooking in the house and restaurant. The cooking in the house saves lots of money. Actually the food in the restaurants are very expensive and the person which he eats in restaurants usaually spends money more than the person cooks his food.

Furthermore, most the resturants do not care for the qualities the food. They try to bring the sheap burshases. For Instance, the fresh meat now costly higher than the old meat. SO the restaurants prefer to bay the old meat to keep money as much they can.

In conclusion, even though the restaurants are very helpfull.Especailly if you dont have time to make your food. My opinion I like to make my food in the home and I try to do that as much I could.

Some people think that eating at food stands or restaurants is better than eating at home, while others prefer to have meals at home. For me, I would like to eat at home and prepare food for myself

First of all, if a person prepares meal at home, certainly he will care for what he does such as using fresh meat to cook or washing knife carefully before cutting. Constractly, in the restaurant he does not know anything about the source of food as well as how it was cooked . Of course most of restaurants and food stands try to ear more and more profit for them.Thus some of them try to reduce expense as much as they can without caring about the quality of food or health of customers. For Instance,. the fresh meat now costs higher than the old meat, so the restaurants prefer to preserve the old meat to save money for them.

Secondly, If we compare eating at home with having meal at food stands or restaurants, we absolutely see that eating at home help us save lots of money. Actually when we pay for the meal we had at a restaurant , not only do we have to pay for the food we ate but we also pay for the service it had provided us. Moreover when you prepare your meal, it is likely that you can know how many food are needed. Thereby, you can save money from buying a lot of foods and having to preserve them in refrigerator..

In conclusion, even though the restaurants and food stands are very helpful especially if people don’t have time to prepare their food, I think that eating at home is more healthy and convinient beacause of its cleaning conditions and economy.

Here's my essay..

One of the three basic needs of an individual can be met either at home or a restaurant. After a day's work, to keep the body active, it becomes necessary to refuel it with food, which when prepared at home is more satisfactory. I prefer to eat at home as it conforms to sanitation, budget and overall health.

Firstly, sanitation, the most important ingredient in a recipe, is assured when the food is prepared at home. This ingredient is almost all the times, may be missing in a restaurant kitchen which may often be concealed by the posh outer looks of the same. Health begins in the kitchen and food prepared in an unsanitary kitchen may just lead to some disease. Whereas at home, while we prepare our food for our own family members, we take care of the sanitation, include only those ingredients that suit the family and thus maintain a good health free of unwanted illness.

Secondly, homemade foods save a lot of money in our budget in this kind of situation when the food prices are soaring. The restaurant foods or the fast foods, are expensive when for the same cost, the food can be almost prepared in double the quantity at home. moreover, we cannot be sure of the quality of ingredients that are used at the fast food centers as they may go for only low-graded cheaper quality of goods. They are not concerned about the consumers health related issues, just concerned about making money.

Finally, the very action of cooking keeps you active and a boss of your own. When cooking in the kitchen, the cook becomes the boss and can try out any new recipes with whatever is available as long as the food is palatable. When someone appreciates the food, it motivates the person to cook more and thus keep you active when you are the cook.

In a nutshell, home made foods are always the best. Though, sometimes the outside foods can be tried for a different taste, lack of time or in times of need, it is not preferred to eat at restaurants on a daily basis, as it is not affordable and healthy. So enjoy cooking at home and keep the overall health through the generations to come.

I think your essay is an interesting one. I personally like this organized way of writing. You still need to avoid something, though.
Avoid using words that are used in spoken English like “So ”.
You wrote in your essay: “So enjoy cooking at home and keep…” It is better not to use “So ” because it is often used in spoken English.
