Recently, I saw the word.

This is a high-pressure company to work for.

This is also a fast-paced environment.

My question is why high-pressure and not high-pressured?

What is the rule there? when I put ed and when I don't?

Your explanation will be appreciated?

It's high-pressure because the company puts pressure on the employees. They're not talking about anyone putting pressure no it.

The employees have the pressure.

The company has the fast pace.
